The period saw a mix of single-family homes, condominiums, and vacant land change hands, reflecting continued demand in both primary residence and second-home markets.

In Berkshire County, sales ranged from a modest ranch-style house in Pittsfield to a larger colonial in Lenox. Several transactions involved properties near recreational areas, a pattern that has persisted through the year.
