Berkshire County Property Sales Recorded for Late August

Real estate transactions from Aug. 24 to 28 have been provided by the Middle Berkshire, North Berkshire and South Berkshire Registry of Deeds offices.

In the Middle Berkshire region, several transfers took place. A property on Elm Street in Pittsfield changed hands, with the buyer listed as a local resident. On Holmes Road in Pittsfield, a single family home sold for a sum recorded with the registry. In Dalton, a parcel on Main Street was conveyed to a new owner. Lanesborough saw activity on Summer Street, where a house and land were transferred.

North Berkshire recorded sales in Adams, North Adams and Williamstown. A residence on Commercial Street in Adams sold. In North Adams, a property on Union Street was deeded to a buyer. Williamstown saw a transaction on Cold Spring Road involving a multi acre parcel.

South Berkshire reported sales in Great Barrington, Lenox and Sheffield. A home on Stockbridge Road in Great Barrington was sold. In Lenox, a property on East Street transferred ownership. Sheffield recorded a sale on Route 7 involving a house and adjacent lot.
