In Dalton, Christopher J. Kelly and Maureen T. Kelly transferred a home on High Street to Ryan M. Kelly and Sarah E. Kelly for $310,000. Separately, the estate of Helen R. Phelps sold a parcel on South Street to David A. Phelps for $185,000.

In Great Barrington, Susan M. Bradley sold a residence on Taconic Avenue to James R. Hall and Elizabeth A. Hall for $689,000.
