The Cipriani hospitality group has introduced its two most expensive residences to date, placing a pair of penthouses atop its only residential tower in the United States. The two homes are priced at 53 million dollars combined, a figure that positions them among the most costly properties currently listed in the Miami market.

The tower, located in the Bay Harbor Islands area, carries the Cipriani name and draws on the brand's long history in hospitality, which began with Harry's Bar in Venice in 1931. The project marks the company's first residential venture on American soil, and the penthouses serve as its flagship offerings.

Each penthouse spans two levels and includes private elevator access, expansive terraces and views across Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. Interiors feature custom Italian cabinetry, stone finishes and floor to ceiling glass.
