Former "Today" show host Kathie Lee Gifford has listed her longtime Connecticut estate for $100 million, seven years after moving to Nashville. The 72-year-old television personality purchased the property with her late husband, NFL legend Frank Gifford, back in 1994. The sprawling estate sits on roughly 13 acres in Greenwich, offering a blend of classic New England charm and modern luxury.
The main residence spans over 14,000 square feet, featuring six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and a two-story library. The grounds include a pool, tennis court, and private dock on Long Island Sound. Gifford reportedly spent years updating the home after Frank passed away in 2015. She eventually relocated to Tennessee in 2017, citing a desire for a fresh start and a slower pace of life.
The listing comes as the luxury real estate market in Fairfield County continues to see high demand from buyers seeking waterfront properties. Gifford has not publicly commented on the sale, but sources close to her say she is ready to fully commit to her life in Nashville, where she remains active in writing and music projects. The estate is being marketed as a rare opportunity to own a piece of television history, with the Giffords having hosted countless family gatherings and charity events there over the decades.
