Lombard-based Illinois Real Estate Partners has officially affiliated with ERA Real Estate and will now operate under the name ERA Partners. The move brings the established local brokerage into the global ERA franchise system, which is known for its technology-driven approach and extensive referral network.
The transition marks a significant shift for the firm, which has built a strong reputation in the western suburbs of Chicago. By joining ERA, the brokerage gains access to a suite of marketing tools, lead generation platforms, and training resources that are typically available to larger national brands. At the same time, ERA Partners will maintain its local identity and leadership team, ensuring continuity for agents and clients.
Company leadership emphasized that the affiliation was driven by a desire to provide agents with more competitive advantages without sacrificing the personalized service that has defined the firm. The ERA brand is owned by Realogy Holdings Corp., one of the largest real estate franchisors in the country.
The rebranding took effect immediately, and all current listings and transactions will continue under the new name. The brokerage plans to host an open house event in the coming weeks to introduce the new brand to the community.
