Invesco Real Estate has completed the purchase of Crossroads Logistics Park, a three-building Class A industrial property located on International Park Drive in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The acquisition adds roughly 814,320 square feet of modern warehouse and distribution space to the firm's portfolio.
The logistics park is fully leased to a mix of tenants, though specific names and lease terms were not disclosed. The property sits within the broader Spartanburg market, which has become a key distribution hub in the Southeast due to its access to Interstate 85 and proximity to the Port of Charleston.
The deal reflects continued investor interest in well-located industrial assets with strong occupancy and functional specifications. Crossroads Logistics Park features clear heights, ample truck parking, and efficient loading capabilities, making it suitable for regional and national distribution users.
Invesco Real Estate, the global real estate investment arm of Invesco, manages a wide range of property types across major markets. The firm said the acquisition aligns with its strategy of targeting high-quality logistics facilities in supply-constrained submarkets with solid demand drivers.
Spartanburg has seen steady industrial activity in recent years, driven by manufacturing, e-commerce, and third-party logistics growth. The area's labor pool and transportation network continue to attract developers and institutional investors.
Financial details of the transaction were not made public. The seller was not identified in the announcement.
