Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's Marital Mansion Finally 'Finds a Buyer': Actress Has Accepted Offer on Estate After Cutting $18 Million Off Price

Jennifer Lopez has reportedly accepted an offer on the Beverly Hills mansion she once shared with Ben Affleck, ending a long and highly publicized sale process. The sprawling estate, which the couple bought for $60.9 million in May 2023 just months after their wedding, had been on the market for months with a significantly reduced asking price.

The property originally listed for $68 million before being slashed by $18 million. Sources confirm that a buyer has now stepped forward, though the final sale price has not been disclosed. The mansion, known as a "spec" home built without a specific buyer in mind, features 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a massive pool, and a separate guest house. It sits on over five acres in the exclusive gated community of Beverly Park.

The sale comes as Lopez and Affleck continue to navigate their separate lives following their divorce filing in August 2024. Lopez has been spending time in Los Angeles while Affleck has been seen in the area as well, but the couple has not been photographed together since the split. The mansion had become a symbol of their short-lived marriage, and unloading it marks a clear step forward for both stars. Lopez had already purchased her own home in the Hollywood Hills earlier this year, while Affleck has been staying in a rental property.
