MIAMI– JLL’s Capital Markets group has successfully secured $565.35 million in construction financing for The Residences at 1428 Brickell, an ultra-luxury 70-story condominium tower located in the heart of Miami’s prestigious Brickell Financial District. This significant investment highlights the growing demand for high-end residential properties in one of the most sought-after markets in the United States.
The Residences at 1428 Brickell will feature a range of luxury amenities designed to cater to affluent residents, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a rooftop pool, and exclusive dining options. The project aims to redefine luxury living in Miami, offering unparalleled views of the city skyline and Biscayne Bay.
